yah they have hamster treats. My hamsters love cheetos and other chips. They love cheese. They love bread dunked in milk.
Ok so everyone is saying that you cant feed your hamsters chips. But they are all wrong. Chips like cheetos and doritos are fine for hamsters. They LOVE them and they arent bad for them. If they were bad for them I'd know. I have had over 150 hamsters. They all lived about 2 and 1/2 to 3 years. they all had healthy litters(none deformed or anything). If they were bad for them they would have died people! You guys are retarded honestly I want someone to find me some sights that says HAMSTERS CANT HAVE CHEETOS. They can! Its just like feeding them cheese! They Love it! Oh yah also if you feed them dry plain oatmeal everyday or every other day it helps them smell better. And plus oatmeal is a natural antibiotic for hamsters. Like if the get wet tail or just get sick. They love it! Dont believe me try it out yourself. Ask the freakin vet they'll tell yah.
you can go to the pet store and get some hamster food...it has sunflower seeds and all kinds of goodeys your hamster will LOVE!!
Insects. My hamster loves meal worms. They are a great source of protein and it is actually recommended that you feed them insects. In the wild hamsters search for them as a major food source.
They like to eat home grown wheat grass, and also if you purchase a small bag of timothy hay it will last a long time and your hamster will love it.
Just make sure the insects are store bought and meant for pet consumption (so the hamster doesnt get parasites).
Just to clarify:
Hamsters should NEVER be fed junk food. By doing that, you are just shortening their already short life span. And I dont know about you, but I want my hamster to live the longest she possibly can. We have developed a close bond.
They can have hamster treats like yogurt drops which you can buy from a pet shop.They can also have clovers and dandelion leafs,but make sure you they don't have any pesticide on them and wash them under the tap for about 5 mins. My hamsters like clovers and dandelion leafs better than hamster treats.

Well there is some hamster treats that you can get my hamster loves Snix Snax. It has a variety of snacks in it! Hamsters love sunflower seeds so you can give them that!

Quite alot .They can eat pellets u can find them in woolworths.They cant eat this but apple cores r full of nutrition and for their teeth!Sultanas dried bananas raisons .And sunflowers seeds there is a big box of this variaties in ur local shops.
cheerios, dry spaghetti, hardboiled egg pieces, dog biscuit pieces, bread soaked in milk, remove as soon as they finish.
well, aside from their pellet food.
Cheerios are a favorite, but not the ones with honey!
