A few days ago one of our guinea pigs stopped moving around. She is very calm and had previously run laps around our family room. At first she would drink only if we held her water bottle in front of her, now she is not eating or drinking. One of her back feet/leg is completely black now. We don't want her to suffer for long.

You really need to take her to the doctor. If the foot is black its probably dead and she is in pain. If the doctor can not do anything for her then the best thing to do is to put her to sleep. :(

Take her to the vet to be either treated or euthanized. Otherwise you are condemning her to a slow, cruel death.
TAKE YOUR POOR GUINEA PIG TO THE VET! That kind of death is horrible and painful. Do the right thing now - gods know you didn't do the right thing when she got sick, but you can at least make it a little easier now that she's (probably) too far gone to be saved.
Pepper Spray!! Spray it on the leg to make it better.
Why aren't you doing something about it??! Take her to the vet. If she's going to die they can give her quick shot and make it fast and painless. GO TO THE VET!
